GENERAL INFORMATION

PRICES:                    All prices are located next to the item.  All prices are subject to change, without notice.  We are in an era of rapid price change and orders are subject to the price prevailing at the time of delivery.

FREIGHT:                 All orders are shipped via the U.S. Post Office.  They are shipped priority mail, and are also insured.  You may also specify in our order the carrier you prefer: UPS, Parcel Post, and Federal Express.  You are responsible for the freight charges.

CREDIT:                    There will be no credit accounts.  We do accept MasterCard,Visa, American Express and Diners charge cards.  We do need your full name on the charge card, billing address (street or P.O., city, state, and zip).  To have your order processed.

RETURNS:                Merchandise returned to rainbow fishing must be in its original packaging and acceptable for resale as new merchandise.  All returns are subject to company approval and might be assessed a handling charge.  Special orders are not returnable.  Please call rainbow fishing before returning any merchandise.

CLAIMS:                    For loss or damage in transit a claim should be made with carrier that makes delivery to you.  We cannot accept responsibility for merchandise lost or damaged in transit.  Contact Rainbow Paint & Fishing Supply for any assistance in filing a claim.
